"Retrieving carts for a large percentage of your shift isn't the most grand activity to be doing. For the most part, you aren't interacting with people when participating in this activity. But when you have the chance to converse with your co-workers, you become motivated to keep going. The employee's are what drive my work ethic."

"I don't like anything about working at Wal-Mart. Hate it."

"Just walk out. If you're an hourly associate, its just a waste of time."

What don't you like about working at Walmart?

"The worst thing has to be the weather. We work in 100 degree weather, and they still want us outside all the time. I laugh because I know they couldn't survive doing what we do."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I wouldn't be so concerned about having 2 cashiers at any given time. 3 to 5 people can't run an entire store effectively."
