What don't you like about working at CARSTAR?

"Advancement opportunities were based on how well the General Manager liked you and how well you could be best buddies with him. He didn't like you to express your opinions, just wanted to hear it the way he wanted it done."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More of a structured training program put in place and more advancement from within. It was not a job to come into without any automotive experience. You could very easily get discouraged and leave the business."
