"The loss of fee management deals due to the fact that the corporate budget is heavily weighed on the monthly management fees that is collected."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It's best to have majority of your portfolio owner managed and not third party managed if its possible. Placing in a structure under the Fair Housing, state/county guidelines will allow your portfolio to be successful."
