"Beautiful campus hidden within DeVry University, Pomona campus. The student learning environment is exceptional and very hands on. The instructors take great interest in their students and offer a lot of resources. I wish they had more exposure because this school stands out and has a lot to offer. As an employee, a lot of politics and very cliquey, management doesn't care about your success, just their over inflated egos, but the pay and student environment makes it worth it."

What do you like about working at Carrington College?

"Loved working with the students and helping those student's achieve their goals."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure you have tough skin. Don't complain, even to HR, because you will only become more stressed out and they will nit pick you until they have enough details to fire you over trying to reach out and ask for help. Make sure you have a good therapist on hand to help you with the constant derangement and harassment."

What don't you like about working at Carrington College?

"Extreme micromanagement. The higher management doesn't take into account the Faculty's cries for help. They only care about those who shut their mouth, take the beating, and do a some what good job at teaching. I would rather have had to teach the whole program by myself, all the stress that comes with it, than have to deal with my direct manager who ruined my career and my passion to even be there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Honestly I would taking into consideration the complaints and true wishes/wants/needs of the employees and the students. It seems as if the company doesnt care about the employee at all. Even after bringing up a complaint about my manager, I was retaliated against and lost my job. Yet, the students protested against my termination because I was a great teacher and loved working with them."
