"I've been with Carr for 7 yrs. I have had 5 different managers within that time. Current manager is an extreme micro-manager with few people skills but is extremely good with details and communication. I have to be knowledgeable in both a windows and mac environment and operate independently. When I need assistance I call my teammates and we come up with solutions together. I have a great working relationship with everyone in the company. I am a professional within the company."
