What do you like about working at Carpeteria?
"It was one of the largest corporations I worked for and I was always treated with the highest respect, and was acknowledged for bringing a store location that was considered a top location at one time to start showing profits again, in which the original founder of the company and his son drove down from corporate office to talk to me and reassuring me that if there was anything I needed that he look into making sure it was taken care of. It was such an honor to have this experience."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The company is no longer in business. There are a few franchises, although not owned by the original owners. They are just able to use the name."
What don't you like about working at Carpeteria?
"The last days when they told us that the company would be closing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Perhaps figure why a profitable location was ranking lower in their statistics."
