"They desperately needed seats filled in their new call center. They offered work from home without offering stipend for internet. They forgot to advise they listen in on private conversations (when a customer is on hold) and then state it’s ok because “all calls are recorded for training/quality” the problem is AZ is a one-party consent state for recordings and the key is “the party consenting must be part of the conversation.” A private conversation between myself and another in my house is illegal. The manager who conducted this illegal behavior then used psychological bullying by telling me he had heard my conversation. He then shared my conversation with his manager. Company will also make promises about bonuses and when you don’t get the expected bonus your requests go on deaf ears. You’re treated like a number and expected to act like a robot. Even if you’re desperate for a job, don’t subject yourself to this type of stress and harassment. You also can’t sue them because you will sign an arbitration clause during pre-employment. Non-stop technology issues which created problems for the customers which were followed by excuses by management and your need to reprocess prior transactions."

"Covered parking, nice facility, some good managers, many awesome and helpful co-workers.. Great place to work if you enjoy being micromanaged and you thrive in a stressful environment for little more than minimum wage. Many incompetent and lazy managers, extreme micro-management every minute you're there, many processes need to be better streamlined, too many "Chiefs" and not enough "Indians", high employee turnover, bonus is hard to get each month because the matrix changes as to what is expected of an associate. My training class started with 30 people. Less than two months later, only six were still there. Very poor training; learned most everything once I was on the call floor. My advice to the company? Hire managers that can lead and know how to train and handle people rather than bringing in those who did well at the retail store level and then bringing them into a call center environment. Don't continue to ask associates to do more work and complete more tasks in the same amount of time and then use the reduced productivity to chip away at potential bonuses. Many managers were unsure of how to answer basic questions that would come up daily, and many seemed uncomfortable with that and made themselves scarce, making it nearly impossible to find a manager when one was needed."
