"I have worked for Cargill for over two years. The best part about this job is learning how to operate a manufacturing facility from many perspectives. I have learned the quality perspective as well as the logistics perspective. The downside is that a 24 hour operation is very stressful and an ever changing and degrading process makes implementing concrete plans very difficult."
