"Stop believing that punishment trumps coaching, Stop following Anne Rand and the philosophy that everyone else need to be trampled.....That is old school."

"No, They are downsizing the service force. Most new equipment is going to dealers."

"the downsizing due to the dealer model.Most new work is being given over to dealers."

"dealer model may not work. The dealers are not maintaining company's reputation."

"I liked having dual monitors at my desk to see my screen and the customer's screen remotely.."

"Employees do not have much autonomy, and is closely monitored."

"The team needs to be more diversified. There was very few women, 4 women out of a team of 80."

"to think about it twice. very depressing environment, and the decision making is based on consensus with lots of meetings."
