"I have worked for Health at Home for 6 months. I was responsible for 20 employees in the private duty department. I was in charge of employee development, payroll, hiring, termination and business development and staffing new private duty referrals. Followed Medicare guidelines for private duty and scheduled 60 days patient evaluations by a registered nurse for all private duty active patients."
