"I have the freedom to solve the problems I'm presented in whatever way I think will be the most effective. I have an excellent boss who's opinion and ideas I value greatly. I've been allowed and even encouraged to spend some time learning new technologies at the expense of a project taking a little longer initially."

"Understand that you'll be expected to work independently, as well as with others."
What don't you like about working at Carefree Health Services?
"My commute is at least an hour each way, typically longer. The long-term health of the company is questionable."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Diversify our product offerings. Our current main source of income is one Medicare law adjustment away from being completely eliminated.We also need better business analytics and accounting. Our current structure makes it difficult to see where more focus would bring the most reward."
