"Overall its a good company to work for. There are system tools in place to enable you to complete a lot on your own. The job still has room for improvement regarding the amount of support for more complex issues. There is also room to be recognized for good performance."
What do you like about working at Career Connections?
"They gave an opportunity to work for a company(IBM) without any on - the - job experience in the IT industry and for that I will always remember them for that."
What don't you like about working at Career Connections?
"I never had any problems at Career Connection/IBM. It was a curious time because IBM was beginning to layoff employees in April of 2001. When 9/11 occurred, it forced IBM to layoff more employees than it had projected. I was fortunate to stay with IBM until 2002 when I deceided to come back to California."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"At the moment I do not have any suggestions for management at this time. Maybe at a later time."
