"I don't know any other IT staffing companies that focus this seriously on putting their consultants first. I feel like my work is valued and important. Optomi does an incredible job of making sure you have the tools you need to actually become successful and not just talk about it."

What do you like about working at Rushford Center?
"Lots of PTO. Will chances for OT, and onsite parking."

"Make it your last option for employment. I've worked years here with a wage freeze."
What don't you like about working at Rushford Center?
"We get lots of PTO, but we often don't get to take all of it because we are always understaffed. Lots of micro management. No room for growth. Police like state, but no security team to protect staff. Terrible pay. Horrible benefits."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Managers lack consistency. What's not in the handbook is left to their discretion. This results in abuses of policy and unfairness between departments. Coworkers end up resenting managers and each other because of changes made on a whim."
