"Before the cardinal group I was working at SoL Apartments on E University Drive, Tempe AZ under Preferred Apartment Communities. The Cardinal Group LIVES by their core values, sometimes to a fault. After working both full and part-time positions, I can confidently say you will feel welcome in the organization however this will vary WIDELY depending on the property you are employed at. Their compensation is fair to slightly good. I was paid a minimum wage of $12.15 (minimum wage for the state of AZ as of 01/04/2022) and given the opportunity to secure $35 commission on any lease I was able to close. Benefits for full-time employees start immediately but you must be the one that contacts HR to get your insurance cards and other information."
"I have been with Cardinal Group for almost three years now and have watched the company grow and expand. They are doing their best with keeping the company culture alive during the trying times of COVID. This is a very demanding job and while the compensation isn't what it should be, the on site teams make it worth every day!"
