"Everyone is high stress, underpaid and overworked. Management was dishonest and inconsistent. They are misleading with their employees, very cheap with salary and commissions. Don't trust the good reviews as they are all fake."

"I loved the team atmosphere working at Carchex. I liked the benefit packages that I was offered, and the compensation. I also liked the goal oriented, and friendly atmosphere."

"I would let them know that they should have a backup plan if things don't work at."

What don't you like about working at CARCHEX?

"I didn't like the way the job security was at carchex. It was a revolving door for people that were hired. They basically had two weeks to prove themselves."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think they need to give a little more time to new hired people to learn the product knowledge, and learn the buisness, before making a decsion if they're a correct candiate."
