"You must be both a great independent worker and a team player. Able to do research on your own about which technologies will aid you the most with the task at hand."

What don't you like about working at The Car Show?

"Being that I don't often meet face-to-face with my colleagues, it can be a bit challenging at times to sync up so to speak."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Although some of our team members are spread across the US, several of us live within the same area code. I think if that group of us met regularly it would be beneficial."
