"All of the hours and the flirting from the men that worked there"

"Nothing they were great"

What do you like about working at Mazda?

"Being outside, being around the vehicals and people."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you want to give it a try go for it but be smart, monitor your path and keep your eyes open."

What don't you like about working at Mazda?

"Pay, draw, upside-down earnings, commission only since I wasn't a successful sales person after the management change and the economy was taking a downturn! The long hours etc., didn't bother me and I really enjoyed it and enjoyed the people (and did quite well at first) . I really wanted it to work, but I also had to acknowlege my limitations and economic conditions."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It's a great industry for the right person, I can't say I regret it but unfortunately can't risk losing wage-earning hours again!"
