What don't you like about working at Capital Home Health?

"Poor management, no job security cant defend accusations about yourself, will terminate you at will with no reason, no compensation package. Too many people to have to report to and asked to do others jobs at a moments notice without compensation. Poor review system and too many"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It would not make a difference, stubborn and unwilling to listen to reason. Lack adequate working space and unorganized. Treat all employees equal and pay according to skill level and job importance. Reorganize to where there isn't as much gossip and personal information given to family members and close friends who work there."

"Typical for family owned businesses"

"As a small family owned business there were things I was not use to and favoritism shown to family which I would be disciplined for very one sided and I had never worked in a place where certain people didn't have to follow policy and procedure."

"The Management could use some upgrading and more insight on employee moral and fear of having someone who is family not getting along with you and suffering the wrath and being in constant fear of loosing your job even after years of dedication."
