"Offer ability to cross-train in various areas of the company or even handle accounting of different companies/entities. This would offer variety and growth for employees as well as provide company coverage of duties during vacations or illnesses."

"They are very cheap to pay. You need to work a lot for a few pennies. Also the atmosphere is very tense! You have 20 eyes on you all day long. Seems that people don't trust you to be honest and to do your work!.....wrong !Exist honest people!"

"Less managers and supervisors....and more hand on the work. Stop with all the stupids meeting every 2 hours. We need people to complete projects, not to go to meeting to hear the manager's personal problems!"
