The newest direction is to not develop in house. Most development has been outsourced and developers are now being asked to integrate with off the shelf and cloud solutions. "Highly collaborative. Design by committee, Too many reorganizations in a short period of time."

"Reorganizations and changes should be managed more carefully. Cultural change is a bit too radical."

"Be familiar with and QA oriented. These characeristics would suit the position well."

What don't you like about working at Capital Group?

"I didn't realize I would not assimilate to the area. As I have traveled alot this never entered my mind. Also I am being asked to do and be more of a QA person than sanitation with out consideration to the workload I already have. Learning I enjoy, being put into a position to fail I disagree with."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire a person with a small young family that can appreciate a very small, family oriented, child friendly community. This type of individual would love it here."
