Capital Bank Employee

"I started with Capital Bank in November 2013 at the favor/suggestion of 2 friends. I ended up with a boss who really didn't want me to work for him and hired me on the favor of his own boss. Didn't go well but the work was fun. I was underpaid for the work that I was assigned then told my job should only take 2 ds/week. The organization itself is very old, very white, very suburban, and very boring. From what I could tell, Capital Bank exemplifies the debilitating effects of the Peter Principle."
