"Make sure you request everything you want before you accept the offer. If possible put in writing and always have a plan B if you don't like the place."
What don't you like about working at Canoga Perkins?
"Micro management, bureaucracy, tons of paperwork, people walking on eggshells afraid of losing their jobs, management watch you every single minute of the day via software program. In some cases they hold a person temp (no vacation, no holiday pay, no medical, dental, 401k) for more then 1 year before they offering them full employment. I hear cases where it is more than 2 years."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I'm afraid that they're not going to listen. Best of of luck."
