"I worked with Canfield from 2019-2020, until the COVID pandemic. The company provides growth opportunities across departments and occupies a cool market niche with their non-invasive medical imaging systems. However, the company suffers from systemic disorganization and severe communication problems, and there is a very high degree of micromanagement that trickles down all the way from the CEO. It is essential to set and maintain your boundaries as they will be challenged regularly. Very high turnover."
