"I like the opportunity to do something that matters, no matter what the position. Even a part-time, college level position is considered important by the company."

"Be yourself. Be passionate. It's not about products - it's about the people and the experience."

"It doesn't provide some things that could REALLY help the job be successful."

"Listen to your employees who are in the field--they know the best way to reach people."

"The job had flexible hours with freedom to offer my ideas and know that they will be heard. My boss was very receptive to everyone's ideas."

"It is necessary to have good people skills because a large part of this job is approaching strangers to make them interested in what you're selling."
What don't you like about working at Kaplan?
"Sometimes, expectations from upper management were difficult to obtain due to lack of students on campus, especially during summer hours."

"I would suggest that they space out their expectations of lead goals throughout the year instead of having similar high goals."

"It was a little hard to keep in contact because my boss lived in Cupertino, CA."
