"If you enjoy working with the public, and like multitasking this is the position for you. If you are shy or not willing to work directly in the public eye this is not the position for you!"

"I like the hands on approach to help put a face to the name. I also like the fulfillment of closing new contracts."

"Better recruiting so that future companies will not dissolve due to lack of employees."

"Put strong emphasis on each of your strengths, especially if those strengths are working in a team environment, multitasking and prioritization, proficient skills in SM Office, and/or working in databases."

"Contractors' jobs were always being threatened because of the ability to easily be replaced."

"There needs to be clearer communication coming directly from managers to the core team members and to the team leads of each platform."

"Lots of oppurtunity. Management is very open minded. Great training. Good team environment."

"Be ready to prove yourselves. The company only rewards performance. They don't care about what you did in your past."

"Only for people interested to make a career in sales and marketing. Everyone starts at entry-level. No credit given for past accomplishments."

"Very young fun loving group. Should hire a few older people to bring a little more balance."

"They no longer offer services for Online Media."

"Bring back online Media buying and planning. Right now Real Branding offers web site design and branding opportunities."
