What do you like about working at Camco Pacific?

"The receptionist's position is low stress. To keep up moral they purchase bagels once a week."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be prepared to see a bunch of hypocrites. The CEO and some of the project managers are nice, but the rest of the higher level personnel expect you to brown nose them and are rude if you don't."

What don't you like about working at Camco Pacific?

"Some of the higher ups are rude to any one in a position beneath theirs. The office is too open for my preference and you can hear everything going on causing it to be not a phone friendly environment. Employees can be scatter brained or lacking in common sense and common courtesy. Some employees like to go around the office and just talk to others instead of doing their work or allowing others to do theirs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Encourage employees to complete their own work sometimes, instead of always pushing it off on others. Make employees aware of the impact they have on the expenses and how to better spend the company budget."
