"It's not what you know, it's who you know here. Work environment in schools with colleagues is wonderful. Office environments are bad. Supervisors are all changing over. Went from wonderful, amazing, and supportive to lack of skills and knowledge, poor interpersonal skills, and not following what is appropriate for kids. If I had to go back and do it all over again I never would have switched jobs to work here!"
