"Being my first experience in Automotive, it was great. I learned a lot about the industry and the Japanese manufacturing methods."

"Although the Japanese are great at manufacturing, they are horrible at business. Their methods go against both the US and European protocol."

"I can't speak to their current management as the entire staff has changed."
