"It is the worst company I have ever worked for in 21 years of automotive quality engineering. Sr management is a group of individuals who have worked there for years and have no concept of how a company is supposed to work. You will get a hand me down computer and a desk that is probably 20 years past it's useful life. The plant is dirty inside and out, and you have to deal with Japanese culture that does not promote employee empowerment. Sr management is unethical and only care about making themselves look good. They preach being world class and that company will never get that title. Company is in an uneducated, 99% minority work environment and you cannot get blood from a turnip, no matter how much you yell or scream. You get what you pay for and nobody of any intellect wants to move there or work there. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy."
