"The pros - learning experience, paid training, decent salary starting out a plus commission. Easy hours work from home 9-5 good shift. The cons - you can bring in clients but have no say in after, the ops team suppose to quote 20% but may only quote 15 percent, hurts your commission and you have no say in that. The company pays another company 8 percent of the profit off the commissions so again you lose money. It just doesn’t have the system completely set up yet to reach full potential in growth."
