"I've worked for California Steel for 8 years. The company offers competitive pay in the area and has some good benefits. Moving up in the company is a challenge however, there are many family members working together and its a "good ol boys" club mentality. My impression is that there are gender biases among other discriminatory factors due to some managers. This has been extremely challenging to the morale and growth of employees."
