"Be willing to try and do anything, as soon as you say no thanks people will stop talking to you. Be positive and really eager to learn from your coworkers, experience is everything in this field, it's a small town so keep that in mind as well."

"Unrealistic contract hours, social structure which pits employees against one another, outdated equipment, little recognition of contribution"

"Be prepared to take a week without pay to train. They have an exam at the end of training which must be passed to a high standard, so it is imperative to pay full attention during instruction."

"The hours did not come to me as expected, I needed full time employment. Medical benefits were promised with full time employment but the hours made that unattainable."
