"Simply stated, one cannot be expected to be perfect in any situation. The input received from my direct superior was negative and vague. I am a solutions-driven person so I expect suggestions from my boss to come in the form of solutions."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Every manager should read Dale Carnegie's How to Win Friends and Influence People. Learning the fact that all people essentially want to be appreciated and honored will get a manager a long way. Criticism only pushes a person to stand more firmly on their position. A good boss leads by understanding the processes of the human brain and ego."
