"I worked at Caliber Collision for two years. I worked my way up to a service advisor. I love the people I worked with and the ability to help customers get their vehicle back to pre-accident condition. I did feel like I had too much on my plate and wasn't able to receive extra help I needed to do my job. No fault to Caliber though, they couldn't hire another advisor and couldn't stop the flow of vehicles coming in."

"I've worked for Caliber for 3 months and they seem to be ahead of the game and above all others in the collision industry. Long hours are the only drawback as they are so DRP oriented."

Caliber Collision Centers Employee

"I’ve worked for Caliber Collision for about a year and a half. It’s a great place to work if you don’t mind long hours (7 a.m. -6 p.m.), and like the auto body industry. Pay for service advisors and technicians is great, as you can make 100K once you get the hang of it and get good training. But hourly positions, such as Detail or Parts, is low and not competitive at all. Ability to move up is there if you work hard and produce results."
