"I have been recognized adequately for my hard work and rewarded with training and quarterly bonuses. There are many of talented consultants and my direct managers are top notch."

"Calence/Insight Networking is not a bad company to work for. In fact, it is probably better than most with an emphasis on training and career advancement. However, the decision that will affect an employee the most does not know your name or what you do."

What don't you like about working at Calence Management Services?

"Since the merger, the quality of life at Insight has declined and seems to have taken on a cold corporate feel. Sadly, it has become similar to every company I have left in pursuit of better opportunities."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My one suggestion would be to once again take an interest in the consultants in the field, since these are the folks that make or break the company."

"make sure you bring in enough business to sustain you for a while. Set the right expectations with your customers. Most quotes take a week or two to provide and delivery can take months to schedule."
