"In a company so large (3000+ employees), it is sometimes difficult to forge good working relationships with other departments since there is often a revolving schedule that may prevent you from working with the same people on a regular basis."

"Management has done a great job with taking employee opinions and suggestions into consideration and implementing changes when feasible."

"I loved my job. I loved my HR team and the employees whom we served as well as the Operations staff with whom we partnered."

"Be outgoing, and do any of the crazy things they ask you in panel interview with enthusiasm."

"It was not the industry I would have chosen were. I have a love for manufacturing, and missed aspects unique to it."

"It is a great company as long as managers are well trained to be honest and obedient to company's rules and standard operating procedure."

What don't you like about working at Caesars Palace?

"My direct Management was very indifferent and selfish ignoring any consideration to employees humane treatment and respect. A lot of backstabbing and rumors about temates."

"Evaluate employees according to their performance. Be honest and truthful. Offer assistance and encouragement when an employee shows great desire to learn and a committment to grow and advance within the company. Do not listen to lies and rumors about an employee. Find the facts and do the evaluation based on facts, honesty, and integrity."
