"Close family relationships"

What don't you like about working at PSC Metals?

"Big Brother made decisions without ever being in the office. Only cared about the corporate office. They didn't care about how long you had been there. Easily replaced you with people that had been there a small fraction of the time and experience, but paid them more."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Pay attention to what actually goes on outside your office walls."
