"An extremely fast paced working environment servicing North, Central, and South America. This position can be difficult to work at times. In the time I've worked here little was done to try to make processes more efficient, as well as having to work with a team that is aggressive on a good day. As far as being able to walk in and get started in this environment, that is where they excel."

"Make sure you ask about the Managment Training Program. Growth is not limited to the market/city in which you live. If you are willing to relocate, management can come even quicker"
What don't you like about working at C4 Connections?
"Clients and work load can be demanding. Must an entrepreneurial spirit with business owner mentality."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hold more national management conferences. Two are not enough. Year end incentive trip is great but why not add ones more through mid-year."
