"good luck. It helps to be from India, as, stastically impossible as it sounds..there were 3 white balls in a bag and seven red balls, all balls picked were red balls. Thus, the picking is done by a company in India, and thus, discrimination in favor of those from India is expected. In fact, a women and guy of India decent, openly discussed the discrimination."
What don't you like about working at Viewpointe?
"company was owned by IBM, and according to court decisions, was organized to shield banks from lawsuits (who also owned the company). Turns out, I think they were correct, and the company had a goal from the get-go to offshore to India."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire professionals in the USA. The security of the nations banking system is at risk."
