3.5I was offered a job with BVK before I took the job with TMP but chose to go with TMP instead as I like working with people. The BVK job was working out of my home. Eventually, I had to leave TMP due to health reasons and the BVK job was once again offered. It is difficult to have a social interaction with co-workers and a learning experience when working alone and with such a large number of accounts, leaving little time to interact with co-workers and create a learning experience.
3.5After two stints with BVK I've come to realize that unless you are part of the inner-circle of core employees, you will never get anywhere within the company. I found it very difficult to get any kind of organization or clear direction other than 'we need that yesterday'. Overall I would recommend BVK to interns and those trying to have something appealing to design companies on their resume.
