"The Co-workers are amazing (and is the only thing about the Company that is good), however upper management is terrible, the Company goes through many companies reorgs and does not know what they're doing, because of this is causing a toxic culture and environment. If you get a "promotion" they will not give you a raise for that role. The upper management refused to give us what we needed to be successful even though we proved through stats and metrics that it's what we need to be successful and it would help the company be successful. The communication is terrible and when you are told something is going to happen don't expect it to happen when you were told, it will change 3 or 4 times. I was there almost a year and a half and in that time frame, 50+ have come and gone most of them left because of how terrible the culture/management is."
