"B&D's business has been doing a poor job in retaining their existing customers and in bringing in new business. There is need to revamp and remove multiple hierarchies to reduce the cost of the company. They need good sales team to retain and bring in new customers."
"There are no new sales, so you are tasked with not making the client mad for the same money. Management is completely lacking in communication skills. Turnover has gone from next to nothing to as high as 50% in some areas. There is a reason for this, no business, no opportunity for advancement and no support from management."
