"I worked for BCS for only a short time. I wanted sales training and experience to build my foundation. I loved my coworkers and supervisor and the company boasts a fun, young atmosphere. There is opportunity to grow and no seniority within the company. The downside to all of this was the compensation of full commission. Telecommunication services can be a luxury for small/medium businesses and I didn't make money everyday. I was in the office 7am-7pm and sometimes didn't make a dime."
