"My first joy out of this would be taking upon new tasks and responsibilities. When taking upon new tasks, you feel that you are more reliable and dependent amongst peers. Also, the joy of honing up skills within applications is a big plus. However, the turn-off is longer working hours without overtime pay, as well as dealing with too many inquiries that may take you away from your important daily tasks."
