"Turbulence do to ups and downs of auto industry. Family owned and operated which seemed a little like a soap opera at times."

"Troy and Greg are great. Dave scares people but is good. Jeff.....well.....you all know."

"Going home at 5:00pm"

"Look elsewhere - its a living nightmare. The stress will shorten your life, the incompetant upper management will frustrate you and the employees have such low self esteem they are like beaten dogs."

What don't you like about working at Burton Industries?

"Everything except my pay check."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Need sales! The current sales manager and salesman are lazy, incompetant and ignorant. Basically you have gotten rid of many of your valuable employees."
