"Training is offered in small doses and seemingly only to hold someone responsible for anything that may go wrong. All training is reactionary, never proactive. The Plant Manager (I regret having to call him this but it is his title) finds fault with everything. I'm not the guy that writes these type of reviews. "when I stared there we were working 12 hour days and had tons of work to do."
What don't you like about working at Burrows Paper?
"as time went on it looked as if mangment was the biggest problem. orders were left for the last minutes making every job a rush rush. delays were and poor quality of work was starting to happen and then an estamator changed the cost after we got some work costing us a major customer. The hours changed and quality was slidding. In my last month there I watch as the weekly work load planning got more and more hecktic."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"they really needed to only hire printing personal to fill all their jobs. Some real planning would have also been nice and maybe an maintance guy who knew how to work on the press."
