"I worked for this company for a short time and initially, it was great but after almost a year the cracks started to show. The advisor I reported to was verbally abusive and didn't know what he was doing most time (which he took out on me). The owner catered to his temper tantrums and the high school drama from the other assistants was exhausting, to say the least. The money was decent but not worth all the drama and abuse I had to take working there. The owners are great and the advisors are great for investing your money but the company needs to establish better communication with their employees and handle the internal drama that runs that place. Glad to be gone."
