"Demanding Clients Meant Worst Work-Life Balance and Terrible Pressure - The clients were pretty demanding. They had insane expectations, and employees were pushed to meet those crazy expectations. It often meant attending calls when with family, taking on stressful and exhausting tasks, and having the worst work-life balance ever. I was so mentally tortured here that I would even ask an enemy to avoid it."
"Founder's Bullying Behavior: A Distressing Workplace Experience. - Reminding my experience of working for the founder of this company was nothing short of upsetting. His aggressive behavior was a constant source of stress and anxiety for all of us. He had a reputation for being a bully, and he would often belittle and intimidate his employees. It was as if he got pleasure from making us feel small and insignificant. I despised the way he treated us. He would always find fault in our work and never acknowledged our hard work and dedication. He was quick to point out mistakes and never gave constructive feedback to her us improve."
