"It is a new franchisee that I've yet to find out enough info about, but it seems to have a handle on restaurant operations. Be prepared to work long hours and be available when you're off work."

"I dislike not getting 2 days off in a row, and medical benefits just went up 400%."

"Continue improving communication and training for employees and managers, and pay merit raises to employees."

"I love working drive-thru at its fast pace. Most customers are nice, but I mostly enjoy drive-thru."

"Burger King itself is doing things that they shouldn't. I do not like my general manager and how they handle things."

"They need to talk to their employees more and have an open mind. They only think one-sided. They need to talk more and treat their employees, even other managers, better."
