"I did not like how I never got a raise in the two years I was there, except when minimum wage went up. I also did not like how some employees would work harder than others, and the ones who barely did anything would not even get in trouble."

"I thought it would be a great place to work, until I learned that the senior management had their pets and wouldn't help or give me support to try and turn around a run-down, roof-leaking store that would flood every time it rained."

"Support your employees. Be fair and not have pets, and let the hard work and dedication warrant the promotions."
